Requirements of Manufacturer's Warranty
– If small cracks develop at the water bulkhead.
Note: the warranty applies only if the bulkhead has been installed by us.
– If it has been installed by the customer, the warranty will be void.
– Very small holes may appear at the top line of the water tank, usually as fine holes resulting from production. This applies to both M. Ashim and Warrior tanks.
Warrior Tanks
– With M. Ashim water tanks, the cover locks can break. This will cause failure to close the lids properly.
– Cracking or exploding of the water tank during use.
Note: This issue may arise within 1-2 days or within 3 to 6 months from the purchase date, only if the water tank has a thickness of less than 0.15mm within a vertical length range of 50 cm. In this case, you will receive a new water tank as compensation.
– Our warranty does not cover defects or damage that occur beyond our control, such as tanks that have been improperly installed or used for purposes for which they are not designed, such as transportation of water, burial, or storage of chemicals.
– The standard installation instructions are provided on stickers located on each water tank.
– The 7-year warranty also means that we will repair your tank free of charge if the damage falls under the above points and is repairable.
Reimbursement of repair costs is associated with these damages
- In this case M.Ashim Industries will not be liable to pay the customer the difference of amount of the new product or if similar product is not available
- The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product
- Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice
- If the product is not under warranty as determined by the Repair Agent, any repairs agreed to or freight costs associated, will be at the cost of the owner
- While non-warranty maintenance or repairs on your Product can be performed by any company, M.Ashim requires that you contact us for the correct instructions for warranty repairs
Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty
We offer no guarantee on
- Wrong installation
- An above-ground water tank that has been used as an underground tank
- Incorrect transportation
- Damage caused by you or a third party
- Drilling/installing the bulkhead yourself
- Own repair
